The check in process was fast and easy. Parking underground was well lit and safe. Air conditioning worked very well. Pillows were too small. TV worked well. Shower and soap conditioner shampoo were good quality.

The room was clean and roomy but outdated. The pool area was nice but the water temp was so cold. It was mid April and still kinda chilly at night. They say it's a heated pool but they didn't heat it. The turkey panini at Caffe Bottega was pretty good and the acai smoothie was amazing. But next time ...
