Great price for the stay! Always very clean and friendly front desk as well as door and valet guys. Great size rooms ! Only complaint is the housekeeper NOT knocking on doors, but just walking into rooms at 845 am!

Hotel is always clean and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Wish they had bacon and parfait bar but is a good breakfast. Only other thing make this hotel better is a hot tub. Can tell used to be one but is not there now

Disappointed in breakfast which was not made to order. Bed very uncomfortable, bathtub/shower faucets need some repair. Finally, elevator repair person was called in our last day—two of four elevators were in use. Embassy Suites always a favorite—not this time.

Need hot tub. Pool also not satisfactory. Elevator improvements needed. Also clean stairways since guests have to use regularly. Longer breakfast as like to sleep in couple days and you do a great breakfast aside from sandwiches. At least offer pancakes on sandwich day. Those things are ...
