The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not all that impressed with the room. The shower/toilet area was so small and cramped. I didn't like that the sink didn't have a drain stopper. There was no channel guide for the tv.

Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to shops and plenty of places to eat. Easy access to public transportation. No airport shuttle but you don’t need it. The public bus will take you there in less than 15 minutes

Suggest to get the higher priced room. Clean room, water pressure is a bit low, may be to reserve water. You don't have to go around town to taste Burmese daily breakfast. A very good one is included in your stay. No swimming pool or spa at the hotel, but a good standard sauna.

The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way. The room was disgusting!
