"No breakfast offered. Parking was pay; evening though the parking lot was huge and empty! This added expense makes the hotel more expensive. The rooms are small, but clean with comfy beds and bedding. "

"We, a family of three, wanted a relaxed overnight stay in Vancouver. Unfortunately, it requires more than one night to adapt to this hotel's eccentric room amenities. Our child immediately grabbed the sensor activated candy, $12 for some gummy bears, that we were told would be refunded, and wasn't. The fridge was completely loaded with sales items and unusable. You have to order another fridge apparently. No kettle, and it took over an hour to get one by seemingly confused staff (insisting there was already a kettle in the room). And a coffee maker that is as loud as a jack hammer, waking up my wife and kid. So the first night in this hotel is a mildly stressful exercise. Next hotel I'll phone ahead and quiz them on the amenities."

"This was a great option for a pet friendly hotel close to Roger’s arena! Staff were great, the rooms were clean, the location and surroundings were great. The only down side is how slow the elevator is! Especially when there is an event- you could be waiting for 30 minutes for the elevator. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor and could take the stairs! Otherwise all around great hotel. "
