"The decor of the hotel, grounds and rooms was beautiful and clean. All hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Found out towards the end of the stay that we were able to use hotel transportation to get to dinner, etc. That was wonderful, but wish we were told from the beginning. "

"Great for our family of 6! We had availability of all meals at the hotel, but there were plenty of options within walking distance. Pier 60 was near and the beach was essentially across the street. Kids also love the pool! Room was a little tight since we had to use the pull out trundle bed (trundle under sofa), but overall comfortable and quiet throughout our stay. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is really nice; I loved everything about it. Just couple of areas for improvements: 1- Front Desk people need training; they were not able to help me with simple request about room type 2- Elevators are very slow. I think one of three was not working that made a line of people waiting all the time."
