All of it was 5 star!! Clean and beautiful and great rooms. Had best view! Just a bummer with no hot tub or a heated pool. That was the only down side. Food was really good as well. The oatmeal was my favorite. It has all the thing you can think of that you would want in your oatmeal

Clean room, but uncomfortable pull out bed. Was told another room would be available on our last night but no one followed up. Pillows were uncomfortable as well. Facility was clean. Poolside was nice. Front desk staff were very nice but breakfast staff not so much.. breakfast selection was decent but would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options. Think I would try another hotel if in the area again.

The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the live music in the bar next door kept us up until well passed midnight. The juke box plays really loud too, so even when it does cal down you still hear music. Tried calling the front desk but hotel room phone was not working. Some staff was puzzled by our complaint while others acknowledged the problem as a usual occurrence. Would recommend not staying on the beach side, if you do stay here. Be aware, parking is an additional 38$ a night. Hotel does provide towels for the beach. Breakfast was good, just same thing everyday.

We stayed two weeks. The room was close to the stairs and a small elevator which was great for us as we stayed with our dog. The reason why I did not rate the stay excellent is because there was nowhere to dry the swimsuits. There was a laundry room on premises but the swimsuits cannot be dried there. Next time will get a room with a balcony. Also the AC was blowing straight on the bed and I developed an head cold but it was hard to sleep with it on but too hot without it.
