Everything what they advertise are true. Tha apartment is clean and the staff are very nice and polite. The hotel is just only a 10 min tram ride from the zurich main train station. I will definitely stay here again if ever i will go back to zurich.

This place is everything we needed from a hotel: 1. Comfortable, proper beds (not sofabeds) for the 4 of us 2. Kitchen that is well appointed 3. Washing machine 4. Proximity to the old Town We could not have done better in Zurich, I believe.

Good location, not far from the main train station, but lovely and quiet area. The staff were all fantastic and the amenities great. The apartment was spacious, clean and with good security. There were good links via tram and bus and a great Italian just a short walk away. About 15mins up the hill was a nice local centre with cafes and a small supermarket.

This was my 2nd time at Ema House Service Apartments and it was as good as last time. Very smooth check in and staff were very helpful and friendly. They explained how all the equipment worked and all the equipment worked ad expected. Nothing to complain about. Plus, I love the location. Very peaceful and yet relatively close to city center. Will stay again without hesitation.

This place was beautiful. Close to the main train station and wasn't get to the old town. We had a slight mix up with check in as they told us to meet at the apartment. We waited there and one of the other people staying there told us where the main office was. Luckily it was only a few minute walk. Other than that everything about it was great and we would absolutely recommend anyone staying there. Beautiful apartment. 2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure to come back from a long day of exploring.

The spacious apartment was outstanding. Located on a quiet residential street, the small apartment building blended in perfectly with its surroundings. The furniture was well appointed, making you feel at home. It is well located, a 10-minute walk to the train station, and another 5 minutes, you are in Altstadt. The River Rhein is visible as you walk toward the station. A perfect stay.

Zurich Stay

We loved our stay here! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were cozy, and the whole place had a nice, homey vibe. The location was great – quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This is a great place to stay. There is enough room for 6 people. Good air conditioning too which was appreciated. We were never hot. The property is serviced 3 times per week which is more than adequate. One of our party had a birthday and the staff left him a lovely letter and a snack. We did not have a car so can't comment on parking however the tram to the HB is only 100m away. Finally all the essentials were included with a great dishwasher and a combined washer and dryer. Just be aware that two beds are on another floor so this is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but there were 4 beds on the ground floor of the flat. There is also a working lift. Highly recommended for a stay in Zurich.
