"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

"Hotel room was nicely sized and a nice comfortable bed, with a nice hot shower. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help us out. We enjoyed the bicycle’s that they offered for a very reasonable fee, it gave us a chance to see more of Bruges The bus stop was very convenient to the hotel and walkable to the City Center, only about a mile. Lidl Grocery Store was very handy and close by the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, helpful staff, super hot in Bruges so our room was a little warm. They offered to move us which we turned down but they brought us a fan. Comfortable bed. Nice robes and slippers, we asked for ice for a bottle of champagne we brought with us and they delivered it promptly. The lounge was very plush and good service. Only negative is the 8 or so stairs we had to get our luggage up to reach our elevator in “the new part” of the hotel. Easy to get an uber pick up at the hotel to get to the train station."

"Lovely room but arrived in 35 degree heat and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Asked 3 times for them to sort but returned after our evening out with it still not working so gave up. Breakfast was sensational! Mimosas and a wonderful selection of food. Location was fantastic and a small walk to all the beautiful tourist spots. Free parking a short walk away. All in all a great hotel"

"This hotel was PERFECT! We booked a Charming Double Room with Shower. Easy check in/out and the staff was really helpful with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Located in the center of everything. Super walkable - Comfortable bed and decent size room -Air conditioning was great! You could set the temp yourself. We were there during a heatwave so this was necessary. - Elevators - Cute hotel bar, self-service paid Starbucks machine (including iced drinks!) and a small store of snacks/drinks -They will hold your luggage if you arrive early/ stay past check out - Quiet. We couldn’t hear other guest inside our room. CONS- That we couldn’t stay longer!"
