Trop court et TOP

Very short, We only stayed one night and the hotel is very good in its location and the room. Seen facing the sea what can I say, top! Good organisation and responsiveness as we arrived late, everything was taken care of. I highly recommend it if you want to take a break. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. See you soon. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!

Nice place, nice hotel.

It’s very obvious it’s off season in Blankenberg. Sadly that means that some of the advertised facilities are not available.. pity. Breakfast looked nice, would have liked some but doesn’t start till 8 which is too late for me and anyone else who has to be at work… pity.

Allgemein Aufenthalt i.O., also eher Sterne 3,5 Positiv: - nette Mitarbeiterinnen - Meerblick - unkompliziert Zu verbessern: - es wird mit Spa & Gym geworben, das befindet sich allerdings in einem anderen Hotel, welches 8 Min zu Fuß entfernt war. Öffnungszeiten zudem nur von 8 bis 20Uhr. Bei fast 0 Graden möchte man nicht nass geschwitzt oder nass gebadet von dem anderen Hotel rüberlaufen müssen, zudem mit Gepäck, weil man braucht ja komplette Anziehsachen und Winterjacke. Durch die Öffnungszeiten auch kaum zu nutzen. - Besetzung der Rezeption schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, nach 20Uhr niemand mehr anzutreffen- bei dem Preis schon ungewöhnlich. - Parkplatz kostet 30 Euro und ist auch circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Positiv: Mitarbeiter helfen für Alternativen. - Möbel im Zimmer teils defekt: 1) Kleiderschrank Seite- kam direkt die Leiste entgegen. 2) Eine der beiden größeren Lampen am Bett ging nicht. - Die Dusche war allgemein gut, aber der Wasserdruck ließ zu wünschen übrig. Gesamtfazit: Preis-Leistung nicht i.O. Eine Renovierung wäre dringend nötig. Hier zahlt man vor allem für den Meerblick.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof und die Tram Station sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt!!

Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel en alles in de buurt. Kleine minpuntjes: ontbreken van conditioner en niet zo veel druk op het water bij het douchen maar die wegen niet op tegen het prachtig uitzicht, ruime kamer met apart toilet, airco, zalig bed, warme ontvangst. Wij komen graag terug.

Non conforme à la présentation

L'hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre est spacieuse. Le spa et la piscine se trouvent dans un autre hôtel situé à 5 minutes à pied. Le balcon et son mobilier son sale.

Très beau séjour. La personne de l accueil adorable. Problème au moment du départ où mon mari est resté coincé à l intérieur de la chambre et apres 2 heures pour tenter d ouvrir la porte . Il a du finalement enjamber les balcons au 8 ème étage... Énorme déception car le directeur nous a promis un remboursement de 50% du séjour et après 2relances plus de nouvelles et aucun remboursement.
