The location felt safe and secure; however, the surrounding streets and immediate area appeared somewhat underdeveloped and did not reflect the same standard as the hotel itself. The spa facilities were pleasant, though fairly average and not particularly remarkable. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and overall quality."

"The staff couldn't do enough for me, any request no matter how small we're attended to within a very short time. The buffet breakfast was kept well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The bar was always manned and the outside area was huge. Plenty of parking. I didn't try the spa so I can't review it but I never heard anything negative about it"
