The staff were all friendly and nice. The hotel is quite far from the center though the haltestelle is a 7-10 mins walk. The room was huge with a very good access to internet. The aircondition was super! We had a great sleep. Breakfast was great with different variations of bread and the fruits were fresh. Superb fruits. The only thing is that, the bathroom doesnt have divider for the shower because of that the water spills everywhere and the whole bathroom was soaking wet. Then it wasnt clean in our last day. We went out at around 10:30am and came back at 4pm and still not yet cleaned. idkw

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much.

We had to wait for our room, reception staff quite rude. No snacks at the bar/restaurant these had to be purchased in reception. Our evening meals were sent back as they arrived cold. We were given complimentary drinks to compensate. Breakfast was great a good selection of foods and drinks. Whilst we ate we listened to other guests talking about the hotels failings. It was such a shame as the hotel was in such beautiful surroundings.

Check in was excellent, reception staff was competant and very friendly and welcoming, Unfortunately room right next to lift, if the hotel is not fully booked I would not put a guest in this room, very loud Rest of staff, especially restaurant staff, not attentive up to standing in your way. Buffet breakfast was sorry to say not good.

Fantastic! Everything about our stay was great. The hotel features a huge play area for kids, a great outdoor pool, and excellent spa facilities. We truly liked everything, and the breakfast was great too. One small thing to note is that they hosted some kids' activities run by an outside company (not by the hotel itself). It didn't bother us at all and we would still absolutely choose this place again, but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand. In general, a super cool and great experience!

We had a wonderful 5 days stay . I would like to point out the excellent breakfast ( great selection and quality ) and the servers are going out of their way to please the guests. Location is very relaxing , good transportation to town . We had three times dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and - again - it was GREAT ! The manager of the restaurant made it extra special ! Thank you 🙏

Described as a spa with robes slippers, deep bath and cooked to order breakfast. Spa closed, no robe, slippers or bath and buffet breakfast . When I asked to speak to management they refused to come but reception said it was advertised at a reduced rate and they sent email stating spa closed. As it was a non refundable payment and email was sent after payment I believe they mis-sold . Please check with hotel before booking to clarify what you are getting. Breakfast did have a good choice of buffet .

Excellent hotel!

This hotel is excellent. Among the best we've stayed in. The room was comfortable and clean, the swimming pool/ spa / sauna and outside seating area lovely. The breakfasts had lots of choice and we had an excellent evening meal there. We'd definitely stay again.

Honest opinion

The outdoor seating was cool and the food was okay . Beds are comfortable . Drinks are good . Staff is okay .. disipointing stuff is that the indoor pool is extremly small suitable only for 1 family very disipointing .. outdoor pool extremly cold even in august which is the hottest month .. rooms upon arival ware very dirty human hair everywhere notified receptionist and they have corrected it by cleaning .. over all i would not rate this hotel a 4 star maybe 2.7 but deffinetaly not 4 star the service standards and facilities are not that high

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen Wellness und Spa gebucht, allerdings waren Spa und Wellness geschlossen. Darüber wurden wir vorher nicht informiert. Sehr schade und nicht das, was wir gebucht haben.

Top Pool, top Frühstück, großes Zimmer, man konnte sich gut auch über ein paar Tage gemütlich aufhalten. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Das Doppelbett war leider sehr hart und unbequem. Da war das Schlafsofa weicher und das soll was heißen. Klimaanlage war in unserem Raum kaputt, was bei 35 Gras Hitzewelle nachts teils ungut war. Zimmerservice/Reinigung erfolgte nur unregelmäßig, uns ging das, Toilettenpapier aus... Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder, wenn es sich ergibt.

Vi er svært skuffet over oppholdet på hotellet. Hver dag fra kl. 09.00 til 15.30 var hotellhagen og svømmebassenget opptatt av skolebarn. Dette gjorde at våre barn ikke fikk brukt bassenget, noe de hadde gledet seg til. De ble veldig skuffet. Frokosten var også langt under forventningene. Utvalget var dårlig, og det var kun én kaffemaskin, noe som førte til lange køer hver morgen.

Ausreichend Auswahl beim Frühstück, Personal zuvorkommend, Zimmer sind in Ordnung bzw sauber. Hotel sehr ruhige Lage aber gut mit dem Bus (kurze Intervalle beim Fahrplan, max 5 min Wartezeit) erreichbar. Würde ich aufgrund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses wiederempfehlen.
