"Showing signs of aging....sink drain was slow.....ran out of coffee att 7am for a 20 minute period...not acceptable. The young lady at reception desk was most accomodating and positive. I77"

"The front desk staff was on point. Very helpful and courteous and kind. Hotel is getting ready to be renovated so it’s a bit outdated but staff does a good job keeping the hotel very nice. Clean rooms and breakfast area."

"Quick overnight stay while traveling with our dog. The hotel is super dog friendly with various items in the room (dog bed, water bowl, etc) to ease your stay. There is a dog potty area but it is not the best due to lack of green space, otherwise, our pup approved of his stay. The room was clean as were the hallways. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful the multiple times we interacted. The breakfast to order was fine but it was a slower process if you are hoping for a quick meal before getting on the road. The hotel is still undergoing renovations and the outside pool area/seating, which looked very inviting, was closed for use. On that note, there was one security issue mentioned by others which has still not been repaired - an exterior entry door by the dog station. All exterior entry doors require a room key for access - this door is broken with wires hanging - it should be a priority fix as it leads directly to rooms."

"Plywood floors creaked with every step in the hallways on 2nd floor and above. Areas in the room also creaked. There also was an area in the hallway that seemed to have a hole beneath the carpet. Not a good look for the Hilton brand."
