"Great facility on a paradise island. Very private and Luxury with your own little oasis. Staff is incredible and breakfast was very good.
The only downside was they did not have restaurant so we needed to order food and wait a bit. Food places and meny were nothing amazing. "

"Clean hotel, staff super friendly and very attentive.
Hotel has surprises during the day.
However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it. "

"I loved staying here! The villa is stunning and the pool was amazing. The staff were wonderful and super helpful and were always there when I needed something. They had rental bikes which made it easy to get around the island. Gili air is such a beautiful and unique place to stay. "This room we received was not quite as nice as photos conveyed. The air con was not working but on pointing this out, the staff and owner went to a lot of trouble to rectify. They replaced it with a new one which was excellent. (I am afraid an aircon is really important to me) Unfortunately there was a power outage to the whole island on the last day which meant no shower aircon fans or internet.
