"Unfortunately they allow to much people for the day pass that it’s impossible for the guest to enjoy either the pools, and restaurants. Hard to find a table. Impossible to swim, to much people. The room was very nice and clean. They don’t have enough employees, but the ones they have work very hard and very nice people. My food was cold, I got everything at different times, at the end they send me the water that I requested 40 min earlier. "

"This is a peaceful & charming retreat with a well-maintained courtyard. The owners were nice & accommodating although I was somewhat uncomfortable that they entered our room to close the drapes after we had checked in, placed our luggage in the room & had gone to dinner. Our room was clean & comfortable, featuring a spacious bathroom & king-size bed, though one side of the bed noticeably sloped toward the floor. The WiFi worked well, but the internet for the TV did not, so we were unable to...

"Very nice, centric place in Bernal. Overall the town is very noisy with all-terrain tourist vehicles blasting loud music. Recommend using ear plugs. The hotel was super nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful attention and welcome from the staff. View is pretty and the property is so peaceful and well maintained. We could see so many stars from the property at night, yet the centro Pueblo of Bernal was a short drive away. We Would definitely return here again. "
