As of may 2026, the hotel is still fairly new to its operations, so there's some grace, but as time will go on I believe it'll become an amazing hotel boutique specially for weddings and events, also is the most elegant looking stay in Bernal.

El lugar excelente, el hotel hermoso, las vistas increibles. Lo unico que no me parecio es que reservamos alli para descansar y relajarnos por ser Hotel Spa, si nos relajamos con esas vistas y paisajes pero queriamos masaje el cual no se pudo por ser entre semana :( Lamentablmente, solo dan masajes los fines de semana y bajo reservacion. Para que lo consideren los viajeros y lo comenten en el hotel y su pagina.

Excelentes instalaciones, limpieza y cuidado del sitio en general. Falta mayor atención y pro actividad de parte del personal en general, En cuanto al restaurante, me pareció muy limitado el horario de servicio obligándote a ir al centro de Bernal para consumir alimentos. De igual manera solo tienen café negro y de olla, por el costo de la habitación amerita contar con una barra de café que ofrezca al menos cappuccino y espresso.
