"Beautiful hotel, well located in town. If you're driving a car, a little tricky, as located on a hill. Only saw 4-5 parking spots. Walking distance to many restaurant. 45min from Herrera Butterfly Sanctuary. Amazing views of the Lake. Rooms are modern and looking like the photos online. Best shower I had the whole trip !!! Just wished they had a mini fridge in the room. Great Nespresso machine. We had 1 breakfast + one dinner at the restaurant on site and it was just ok. It was low season, so it felt like they had to ask the chef to come in, as we were the only couple in there, both times. The Spa was good, we booked a massage. The Pool area was nice, but the water was not heated, so a little to cold for swimming. We didn’t try the bath tubs. Would definitely return. Staff was amazing and always helpful."
"The price was great, the property was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had everything we needed, but was a bit cold in the evenings and we had to ask for extra blankets."
"Very clean room, excellent location, attentive staff that was helpful with questions I had about the surrounding area. Room was cleaned, bed made, and water bottles re-stocked every day of my stay. Great value, too! "
"Breakfast was to be included each morning. The first we waited an hour for tea, bread and a hard boiled egg. The second day there was no one in the kitchen even though they knew we were going on a day trip so we made our own breakfast (they’d said we could use the kitchen. When we returned in the evening, the kitchen was so cluttered with dirty dishes that we used the microwave in our room exclusively. The burners on the oven didn’t work, we couldn’t find a single clean cloth with which to wash up, the fridge contained food that looked expired.
I let them know our toilet wasn’t flushing and 12 hours later, my husband fixed it. "
"Nuestro cuarto tenía goteras y parte del techo era de policarbonato sin cortina. Llovió toda la noche entonces se escuchaba un ruidoso durísimo y entraba muchísima luz.
