"The property itself was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spa was phenomenal, and my 80-minute massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the resort and its amenities are outstanding.
My only warning is this: when you check in, you'll likely be asked to stop by a table near the front desk. Unless you genuinely want to hear a timeshare presentation, I strongly recommend politely declining.
We were told it would only take 90 minutes. Instead, we spent nearly four hours being pressured and manipulated by multiple salespeople. It completely consumed the first day of our vacation and left us feeling like we were being held hostage. While we ultimately did not purchase a timeshare, the experience was exhausting, pushy, and incredibly frustrating.
The spa credits, discounted vacation, and free sunset cruise they offer as incentives are simply not worth sacrificing hours of your vacation to endure high-pressure sales tactics.
Aside from the timeshare presentation, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely return to the resort, but I would skip the sales table without a second thought."
