"Can't swim in ocean..too rough,but I like early morning walks on the beach and there's sting rays leaping ..which is wierd- great staff,genuinely nice people. Will be going again for sure,humidity is lower with more breeze than Yucatan 9 day trip it rained for 2mins maybe ...there is construction though,they're updating everything eventually. .."

"Trini was our personal butler and he was our go to one man army. We stayed in all inclusive so relaying his recommendations for food, city tours and other activities to do in the hotel including reservations in the hotel (8 restaurants) was a game changer. He really knows what he is doing."

"The room was super comfortable and clean. Quality mattress. The pool is huge and has sun and shade. The beach is swimmable and gorgeous. The staff were phenomenal. Really went above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. Fernando and Diego were extremely helpful and so kind. Carlos ensured we had a cabana every day at the pool and was always offering to help with anything we might need. The hotel also helps you with excursions. The best sunset cruise to Los Arcos/Lovers Beach (Albatross) and horseback riding right along the Pacific Ocean (Cactus Tours) experience you could ever have!!!! The guys in the office were able to answer any questions we had about the various excursions. By far the best trip we’ve been on and we’ll never stay at another resort in Cabo!"

"Brissa and Diana from the concierge were amazing and so helpful! They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. Will 100% come back."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. Simple requests were either ignored or met with poor attitudes, which made the experience frustrating and far from relaxing. Customer service is a major part of any resort stay, and unfortunately, this property fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to others looking for quality service."
