"There was a terrible smell in the original room which resulted in headaches. The room underneath was being renovated. When I asked to be moved the staff was aware of the problem & yet checked us in there which was disappointing. Got a new room on a lower level so missed out on the views. Also room was much nosier. Property advertised that it had a beach but neglected to mention that you could not go in the water. The beach was the reason we chose that resort so very disappointing. Aggressively pushed timeshare which detracted from the experience. The steam room & hot tub were poor. Spa services were very expensive. Location was too isolated. Would not recommend."

"The hotel was beautiful. We loved our room with full view of the ocean. All the staff team was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and every day there were new options. The pools were beautiful and it was also very nice that we were able to swim in the ocean"
