"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"Prišli sme a nevedeli o nás. (faktúra sa im niekde stratila) Ale zase snažili sa nás čim skôr ubytovať a tým odčiniť počiatočné nepríjemné prekvapenie. Zariadenie a vybavenie bytu je pekné (nábytok, spotrebiče, kúpeľňa, internet, TV) , ale celkový dojem znehodnocujú detaily (nefunkčná chladnička, zatekajúci sprchový a čistota) . "Our room was spotless and cleaned every day and fresh towels were put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the town centre, the bus depot, train station and shopping. We felt very safe and secure which was important for us as seniors. We didn’t have to climb stairs which was great."
