"First at Ck in I was given a key to room and my wife and I went to room and went in and then a person came out of another room scared us to death we went to desk and first no help then given a room with tv not working and no Ac in the morning I asked the desk was it documented and was treated like a piece of shingles like it was my fault "

I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car, 900 miles from home. Luckily I found a safer hotel."
