"First at Ck in I was given a key to room and my wife and I went to room and went in and then a person came out of another room scared us to death we went to desk and first no help then given a room with tv not working and no Ac in the morning I asked the desk was it documented and was treated like a piece of shingles like it was my fault "

"Couldn't check in because I didn't have enough on my card for the deposit and pet fee that was not advertised. I was in a desperate position and I'm sure came off high strung. The front desk person took great joy in telling me how happy he was that I wouldn't get my money back, because I had already paid for the room. I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car, 900 miles from home. Luckily I found a safer hotel."

"The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds."

"The breakfast was the same each day and the sausage patty need to be cook a little longer and the fruit was the same only orange need different varieties and the area was too small"

"Staff was excellent! Room was nice and clean, it was a little dated furniture wise and tv wise and the bathroom needs an update shower not made for bigger guys height wise but had a great stay"
