"Was clean room the full breakfast was different each morning for the two days was there"

"The A/C was not working properly. Our room flooded and the front desk lady left and no one was around to help the guests. I had to wait over 2 hours to change rooms. The place smelled moldy and the hallway carpets were wet. By no means was I expecting a 5 star experience, but linens and towels weren’t available and those are basic items that should be in every room. Never again "

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The house is exactly as pictured and was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and stayed on top of everything whenever we had questions or concerns. My husband, kids, and I really enjoyed the pool and the home theater—there was plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The house also has lots of space, which made our stay very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked is a TV in the master bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference. I highly recommend this house for families looking for a spacious, clean home with great amenities."
