The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway.

We came from Wichita Falls, Texas a 10hr drive to Pharr Texas. First time ever in this little city. It was late when we arrived almost 10pm. Upon arrival I met Isamar front desk. She understood we was tired and ready to check in fast. She took care of me quick and easy. Also help me with directions on getting delicious tacos! The room was great, the ac worked amazing! Water pressure was great, the shower had a few hairs here and there. The water was clogged, so I removed the stopper. It was filled with nasty hair. As a head housekeeper that’s one thing I always made sure was clean And the sink. But other than that the beds were comfortable and it was quiet!

So the rooms were good we’re always clean. The noise. Environment was very low. They had nearby walking distance for food like McDonald’s Subway Rudy’s barbecue. They had a stripes convenience store near there too also a place teriyaki madness and little Caesars but overall it’s a very good spot to stay at and I would highly recommend it to everybody in the staff is very friendly

The hotel staff was very nice. However, the room was filthy. I turned on the shower and it had brown dirt shooting from it. The staff relocated me to another room. The shower did the same. I asked them to clean that room also. It had not been cleaned. I think the rating for this is incorrect. It should be rated a 5 instead of 9. The rating is for the staff and not the hotel.
