"Good hotel. Close to amenities"

"The property is modern and in a good location. Staff were helpful. The reason for my’average’ rating is because the restaurant was closed - and will be until 20th November - and this was the main reason for our opting for this hotel over others. As a result, breakfast was provided by the branch of ‘Capito’ over the road. We had to negotiate with hotel what could be provided to us - and for example paid for butter. There was nothing on the hotel website about this closure and the reason for it...

"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "

"A very nice, clean & comfortable property right in the city centre. Not a 4 star property by any means though. No 24 hour room service, restaurant. Self service for drinking water to be filled from the dispenser kept on each floor. Breakfast is good but not wow. The staff is friendly & courteous and offer very good service."
