"Clean comfortable room and very nice staff."

"Hotel jest świetnie położony w centrum miasta, blisko wielu lokali z lokalnym jedzeniem. Nasz pokój był przestronny, łóżko duże i wygodne. Recepcjonistka była miła i poleciła nam fajne miejsca na posiłki."

"Good valué hotel with lovely staff."

"Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby."

"Location is fantastic and the staff were very helpful."

"Good Hotel"

"We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here"

"Very kind staff and great room :) "

"Hotel was convenient for Tianmen Mountain cableway entrance. It is clean with nice rooms. Staff don't speak much English but were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they advertise a free airport shuttle as one of their amenities but this was not the case. When I asked to book it, the hotel staff said they did not offer this service."
