This hotel is a true gem, run by a wife and husband duo who will go out of their way to ensure a great time in Zhangjiajie. The room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was cooked to order, and help was provided with booking and planning activities. We even got a free ride to the train station when it was time to leave. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at in China! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They dropped us off and picked us up from Tianmen Mountain, and woke up early to drop us off at the train station. We are SO thankful for all of their help and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. They also have the cutest cats ever and their dinner is so good!! I highly recommend staying here, you will find the BEST and most caring staff.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back.

The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again.

Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our plan was to visit Tiannem mountain park. The hotel is so close to it. The staff was amazing since we have arrived at the hotel. They've such knowledge of the region, where, how and when to go to different places of Zhangjiajie. Since we had more time, the suggested us to go to the great canyon the next day. They provided a courtesy ride to Tianmen national park and they booked and arranged our trip to great canyon. They really went above and beyond. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the toiletries. Both US and Chinese power outlets were available. The breakfast was typically Chinese traditional. Really enjoyed it. We are really recommended this hotel.

This place was amazing. My son and I stayed here for three nights and we loved it. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and very accommodating. I totally recommend this place. I wish we had time to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay, our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Only downside was that Expedia advertised this property as having a bar and restaurant which it does not have onsite. But would still recommend!

Me encantó la experiencia que tuvimos en el hotel! Viaje solo con mi mamá y ella salió encantada. Súper acogedor, limpio y con una vista increíble a la puerta del cielo. Todos son súper amables, servicio del y al aeropuerto gratuito. Sin su ayuda nuestras excursiones no hubieran sido completas. Nos apoyaron a comprar boletos para el show e incluso nos llevaron y recogieron. La comida es casera y deliciosa. El café de lo mejor!! Sinceramente volvería a repetir este hotel! No lo pienses más y si eres latino como yo, este lugar sin duda será tu mejor opción para una experiencia satisfactoria. Gracias nuevamente por todo! Con cariño Cecy y Sara.

El personal es inigualable! Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo. En verdad gracias por todo! No puedo esperar a regresar!

Die Unterkunft war schön und die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel lag etwas abgeschieden, wir haben nur Taxi und Didi benutzt, was in China nicht teuer ist.
