They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. "This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!"
