Great holiday home

It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove!

On a beaucoup aimé l'endroit. Secteur tranquille. Très belle vue du balcon. Appartement très bien équipé. On est confortables et on y retournerait. C'est un peu loin du centre cependant et comme les voitures ne sont pas permises, il faut marcher alors ca pourrait être problématique si quelqu'un de votre groupe n'est pas en forme (ou avec jeunes enfants). On est arrivés en taxi et le chauffeur nous a fait peur un peu en disant que c'était 10 minutes de marche de l'endroit le plus loin où il pouvait nous laisser, et 30 minutes ensuite pour aller au village. On s'est presque découragés avec toutes nos valises et notre garcon de 4 ans. On a évalué quelques autres options mais on y est quand même allé finalement. C'est plutôt 3 minutes de marche du taxi finalement. Plate avec valises mais acceptable pour nous pour avoir la vue en hauteur et être tranquille. Pour le village, c'est plus 15-20 minutes aller (pas si pire) mais 25 revenir puisque c'est en montant. Donc peut être fatiguant pour un jeune enfant s'il n'est pas en poussette, ou même pour nous si on revient avec l'épicerie par exemple. On a limité un peu plus nos sorties en conséquence, mais OK puisqu'on était bien. Il y avait un petit bruit constant de la tuyauterie que mon mari trouvait agassant.
