"Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, she stepped in when we were ignored by the bartender and were about to leave. The room was spacious and mostly very clean except for a lot of mould at the bottom of the shower screen, also if you have a bath in the room please provide something to put in it, the shower gel was attached to wall making it impossible to get a bubble in the bath. Location was excellent"

"Foreigners beware! Do NOT book this place!!! The check in process was horrible! There is noone atbthis hotel to help! The ohone number that they provided is extremely poor. When you call you get a answering service that is not directly to the hotel which ran up our international minutes on our phone, very costly. "Location is amazing with the possibility to for a great walk along the banks of the Loiret for outside the hotel. Really memorable. Bedroom and bathroom cosy, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is charming a restored "Guingette" and even out of season a great spot to stop over. The owner's wine cellar is stellar. Star were accommodating. Food was pleasant and breakfast good too. We would recommend and will be back!"
