Does the job well

I stay here pretty often which speaks for itself but it’s just a stopover so I probably wouldn’t recommend it for visiting Orleans itself. Great breakfast

J'ai réservé pour 1 adulte et 2 enfants, il m'a été attribué initialement 2 chambres séparées, puis au final 1 chambre pour deux au lieu d'une chambre pour trois 😒.

Le point positif était l’accueil réalisé à tour de rôle par 2 jeunes. Ils étaient tous 2 très aimables et serviables. Les points négatifs sont l’exiguïté des chambres, l’environnement de l’hôtel (odeurs provenant de la cuisine centrale), son emplacement dans une zone commerciale et le manque de propreté des extérieurs.

Je suis très mitigée!

L'accueil est irréprochable, les 2 jeunes hommes (vendredi soir et samedi matin) sont très sympathiques, souriants, aimables.... ce qui n'est pas le cas des femmes de chambres, en effet lorsque nous sommes passées devant elles avec ma fille, nous leur avons souri et dit bonjour ce qui n'est pas leurs cas, elle nous ont dévisager et ne nous ont pas répondu. Ca s'appelle la politesse! Et la chambre est quand même douteuse: pommeau de douche moisi, bouilloire cramée, tâche sur le dessus de lit. Par contre le lit est bien fait au carré, les draps sont propres et literie plutôt confortable. Hôtel très proche de l'Aréna, même pas 10 minutes à pieds.

Séjour d’ une nuit passable du 23 au 24 décembre. La porte difficile à ouvrir je pensais que j’étais bloquée à l’intérieur avec mes enfants. J’ai appelé le numéro d’urgence donne à l’accueil avec les clés. Personne ne m’a rappelé après mon message laissé sur leur répondeur. J’ai attendu et appelé l’accueil. Le pass ne fonctionnait pas . J’ai forcé l’ouverture et la porte s’est ouverte. Il fallait bien appuyé sur la porte pour ouvrir le verrou car porte en bois . La chambre très fraîche pour la nuit du 23 décembre alors que c’était sous une réservation. Le radiateur grille pain à pris le relais. Pas de café mis à disposition avec la bouilloire donc j’ai du en quémande à l’accueil . Envie d’une douche avec shampooing mais pas de sèche cheveux prévu à l’accueil bref cheveux mouillés pour le reste de la journée. Petit déjeuner passable. Sinon pas de mésaventure et bien placé .
