"Staff were attentive and accommodating, cleaning our room every day with care. Breakfast was always a highlight every morning with lots of options, the omelette station was a favourite of mine. spinaker bar, the downstairs lower level beach was our most frequent place to visit as we enjoyed pool side service and relaxing during the lovely weather. Hotel Croatia was such a lovely experience and would highly recommend to other visitors"

"Very nice hotel . I found the staff very hit and miss either incredibly helpful and lovely or really really rude . Vlato at the bar, Rosario at check in and Vendran at the restaurant for one were amazing and so lovely and a credit to the hotel. But the piano bar manager and some staff , Remi , Andreja and Stefan were a couple of names highlighted. Myself and the group of 30 I was with found to be so rude. It was bizzare. Put a bit of a dampener on our stay. But still had a really good time , it’s a very nice hotel in a great location, value for money isn’t the best but the sunset and views are out of this world with. Lovely pool and beach access"

"The views from this property are beyond amazing. We had planned a busy itinerary, but when we arrived and saw our room, we said "why would ever leave this to spend hours on a tour bus"? Upgrade to Sea View room overlooking the Adriatic, enjoy the many restaurants and pools, breakfast is unbelievable with unmatched scenery on the outdoor patio, the bus route to Old Town and major attraction is a short walk across the street and up a small hill to the left. Rides are free if you bought the 3-day Dubrovnik pass which gets you into almost everything. We want to come back, just to relax and stay at this resort. A memorable and magical place!"

"A beautiful positioned hotel with lovely sea views. The check in procedure was slow, chaotic and not at all coordinated, which spoiled our overall experience. Reception was full of guests and luggage all waiting to check in after 2pm, many having waited for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the balconies are tiny and only just accommodate the 2 chairs and small table, making it impossible to walk around these. The views are a bonus though. Check-in from 2pm means exactly this, and rooms will not necessarily be ready from this time and could be many hours later. We were not directed to any facilities where we might wait, get a drink or freshen up by the two overrun receptionists so we had to wait with our luggage and keep queuing with other guests for room updates. We only stayed overnight before our flught home and paid a lot of money for our Seaview room so the delay was really inconvenient and unexpected."
