The hotel and location are nice, but it’s in need of renovations and an elevator. Due to being in Dubrovnik you’re paying high prices for an okay hotel.

I really liked this little property and would stay here again. The staff was helpful and rooms clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and we enjoyed 2 sunset dinners on the hotel deck. The bus was convenient across the street from the hotel and delivered us to the Pile Gate . Overall pleased with the value of this property.
