"The breakfast was horrible if that’s what you can even call it. Plus they let me rent a room Tuesday and Wednesday told me my name was added to the do not rent to list for violating property policies which I still don’t know or understand and I was never told why my name was entered into the do not rent list. I would really like to know how could I have been placed in the list already if I’ve never been to this establishment and I have a Nevada state id "

"I liked the size of the room, one king bed with balcony overlooking the lake. I enjoyed the sounds of the geese and the swan and it was fun watching them every morning and evening. I didn't eat any breakfast there as I like going to breakfast places in town. One negative was the lack of an elevator, especially with a heavy suitcase. And no handbars in the walk in shower. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again."

"The towels were old and dirty looking. There was no coat rack in the room to hang clothes. There was no towel rack in the bathroom for towels. The shower had no place for shampoo or soap. Tiles were falling off the shower. Floors were dirty."

"The lady at front desk was wonderful and room was clean, had to go to the mall and buy pillows and towels because the ones they provide are very bad!"
