The breakfast was pretty good. They offered warm food such as egg and cheese omelets, sausages, and potatoes. The eating area is big enough.

The property was understaffed the weekend we stayed, so fresh towels, toilet paper, paper cups in room, etc., depended on our making a trip to the front desk to get them ourselves. Not what I'm accustomed to at $465 for two nights.

Location was great for getting to the parks. Place was very clean and quiet. A tornado hit the city on my second day. They handled the emergency very professionally. Downed power lines everywhere so no electricity. They were great. Staff was calling people who had reservations to let them know what was going on. They let me and others leave early with a refund.

Everything was great, and the staff was awesome. However, the elevator was VERY dirty, and the tiled walkway to the elevator was very wet. The entrance to the pool is right next to the elevator

This place is not well maintained. Floors in room and elevator are very worn. They were Cracked scuffed and I had to change rooms because of the smell. The second room was better but I had to put baby powder down and buy air fresheners for the room to smell some what fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room layout is okay. Couch had rips in it.

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend, because it was close by to the dunes and beaches and it was a very positive experience. We were even allowed to check in early by the very pleasant day staff at the front desk. Our room was very spacious and clean. Sheets and bedding for the sofa bed were provided immediately upon request and the kids loved the complimentary ice pops. The only gripe would be, we wished there had been a working dryer due to wet beach towels! But otherwise we found everyone very friendly and helpful, and we loved the other guests at the hotel who provided a fantastic fireworks show and were so welcoming and inclusive with their 4th of July cookout even in the inclement weather!
