Copal Tulum Hotel
Overall not a bad stay. Apartment was very spacious, although a bit tired in places. Kitchen crockery and utensils were very minimal. Shower enclosure very large, but you can't stop water going all over the floor. Could do with a squeegee in the bathroom. Also the room has a very musty / damp smell ...

Naala Tulum
It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too.

Everyone and everything was wonderful. My only gripe is that the maintenance man walked in unannounced and that was very concerning for a group of women. I did complain to the owner about it.
