When first arriving at reception to check in I said “Hi I’m here to check in” with the receptionist saying “where’s your passport then.” Overall very rude staff member and gave a horrible first impression of the hotel. "Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes."
