"The Esplanade is a visually stunning hotel, but what sets it apart is the "old-fashioned" kindness, and helpfulness of all the staff. No one ever gave the impression that they were busy. The over-all impression was that they wanted to ensure we had a memorable experience, and we certainly did Thank you!"
