Beautiful property, spacious rooms. Easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Our only complaint was that they had the rooftop bar closed. Highly recommend the breakfast.

Fully hooked on art'otels

We loved staying here so much that we changed our reservation for our return trip to Zagreb so that we could stay at this hotel. We particularly loved the steam sauna and pool which was a really nice treat before and after a long day of flying. The staff was so friendly - truly delightful. We are now hooked on art'otels and will be looking for them wherever we travel from now on.

The concierge and staff at the hotel restaurant were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel room was a bit under stocked. We were missing many toiletries in our bathroom. The cleanliness could have been just a bit better as there were stains on the rug and the shower was a bit dirty. Overall though we were happy with our stay.
