The facility is rather lovely, well aged, but a bit tired. The room was spacious, and we particularly appreciated the solid oak and other wood furniture through the place. But the room was dark, making it hard to find a place to actually read anything printed. "
"Nice location and room in good condition. One minus is the temperature control is not effective in adjusting the room temperature. Small and slow elevator. However, the breakfast buffet is great."
"Special props to the very attentive staff. Not only did they respond to any request, but they did so immediately. This is a one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. The restaurant was wonderful. The only issue was with some electrical problem affecting the thermostat in my room which was quickly addressed. Very central location and an easy place to experiuence the many charms of Zagreb."
"The room was a bit tight but clean. Bathroom tub was high and not convenient for senior.. We had breakfast and the patron kept reminding us to pay for it when checking out!! Leaving the restaurants she told us she will be there till 10;30 and upn checking out while in line to pay she rushed to the receptionist to tell them we had breakfast!! Weird behavior! "
"The TVs were super slow, would glitch and turn off randomly and hard to manage. The pillows were really flat and the sheets were too slippery. Staff was great and friendly. Location was top tier. Room and architecture was amazing."
