Beautiful views amazing property

Very clean well equipped apartment with lovely pool and sunbeds. Marta very helpful. You will need to use Uber to get around as local taxis very expensive and not viable to walk to any restaurant or bar particularly in the evening

Dovolená

Apartmán byl čistý, uklizený, prostorný. Bazén udržovaný. Parkování vyhrazeno podle čísla pokoje, což je super. Moře plné ježků. Na uvítanou byl v popise slíbený dárek a nic jsme nedostali. Slečna uklízečka milá usměvavá, slečna na recepci už tak usměvavá nebyla 😂.

Fantastisk leilighetshotell som ligger nær Zadar (kort biltur). Gangavstand til en deilig badeplass for barn og voksne! Deilig pool for å avkjøle seg! Velholdt og rent. Moderne leiligheter med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Svært serviceinnstilt resepsjon, som hjalp oss med alt vi trengte. Anbefaler dette leilighetshotellet på det varmeste!

Great apartment.

Very modern and clean apartment. Fantastic view (though our friends booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had a much better view with a rooftop patio). Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant.

Superb holiday apartment

The property was easy to locate with Google maps. Very stylish and clean apartment with lots of space for 3 people and amazing view on the Adriatic sea. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very friendly during the check-in process.

Appartement bien équipé avec tout le necessaire pour pouvoir passer un bon séjour. Quelques points negatifs : - très bruyant le matin (femme de ménage et voisins) : il ne faut pas espérer dormir après 0730 - un bon shampooing des murs ne serait pas de trop : beaucoup de moustiques écrasés avec traces de sang contre les murs

Très bel environnement, logement propre et joliment décoré mais, dommage, les équipements ne fonctionnent pas tous très bien (climatisation, wi-fi, lave-vaisselle). A savoir : deux escaliers à emprunter pour rejoindre la terrasse sur les toits (très belle vue) depuis la cuisine.

Virkelig gode lejligheder

Virkelig dejligt sted. Super beliggenhed 1 minut fra stranden som var helt i top. Poolen var virkelig ren og fin. Alt var velplejet og blev passer. Lejligheden var ny og meget lækker. Komfuret var ikke det bedste, men vi kunne lave lidt morgenmad. Internettet var ualmindeligt dårligt, så det bør forbedres da det stort set var ubrugeligt. Der var ingen rengøring på en hel uge og der var ikke støvsuger eller andet som vi selv kunne gøre rent med, måtte spørge efter dette, da det ellers blev for beskidt. Kan rigtig varmt anbefale stedet da det er virkelig godt.

The location is good 15 mn from Zadar Center and with a lovely accès to swim into the sea. The sunset there is amazing! The owner is very kind and the appartement very comfy. All good, we recommend this place.

Sehr schönes,gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage zum Meer (ca. 150m). Super großer schöner Pool. 2 Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Empfang durch Mate. Leider hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt und das Bad war etwas klein. Leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe, sind mit Kindern nur mit Auto erreichbar. Gesamt Eindruck ist aber sehr positiv, werden wieder dieses Unterkunft buchen.

자다르 외곽의 훌륭한 숙소

자다르 도심(바다 오르간 있는데) 에서는 차로 15분 정도 걸리는 외곽입니다. 그 대신 넓고, 조용하고, 수영장도 있어서 정말 좋았고요. 밤에 관광지 돌아다니기 좋아하는 분이라면 안 맞겠지만, 일찍 들어와서 술 힌잔 하며 이야기하기엔 제격인 숙소였어요.

Wir haben uns für 15:00 angekündigt. In den Vertragsunterlagen steht, dass die FeWo ab 14:00 beziehbar ist. Wir mussten vor Ort bis 16:15 warten, bevor wir die FeWo betreten konnten. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich gut aber ein klares Minus müssen wir vergeben, weil 1. kein ausreichendes Besteck / Geschirr für eine FeWo, die max 6 Pers. aufnehmen kann (2 Schlafräume, ein großes Ausziehsofa), z.B. sind 2 Löffel und 4 Tassen definitiv zu wenig. 2. Die Spülmaschine ist quasi kaputt. Reinigungswirkung sehr schlecht, Schubladen extrem am klemmen 3. WLAN ging 3 Tage GAR nicht, davor ständige Verbindungsabbrüche, WLAN zeigt 4 Balken, aber trotzdem keine Seitenaufrufe möglich. 4. Liegen für den Strand waren zwar vorhanden, aber eigentlich Schrott. 5. In unserer FeWo im EG war an der Decke zum Ende des Urlaubs ein klarer Wasserschaden wahrnehmbar, den wir unverzüglich gemeldet haben. 6. Der Receiver für den Fernseh-Empfang kann nicht schlechter sein (absolut ungenügend). Es war ein nerviges Dauerbrummen beim Fernsehen zu vernehmen. Der Fernseher war es wohl nicht. HD-Sender waren nicht empfangbar. Für diesen Preis wäre eine HD-taugliche Anlage (Baujahr 2015) durchaus drin gewesen. Positiv war hingegen: 1. Nähe zum Strand, aber deshalb kostet die FeWo ja auch entsprechend. 2. Pool-Anlage, allerdings oft voll (alle Liegen besetzt). Pool könnte größer sein. Aber sonst wirklich schön.

Lovely spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet area. It’s certainly off the beaten track, lovely and quiet but still easy to get to Zadar etc. A great base for touring around. Good friendly service and excellent communications. There were little niggles that could be easily solved, such as the freezer needs defrosting - it’s making a loud noise and I suspect it also needs levelling as when you walk across the floor the noise stops. There was a dishwasher which was great but no washing up gear - sponge, scourers or dish cloths, just one hand towel, which made cleaning up tricky. Wine glasses that match would be nice, as would Instruction manuals for the oven and hob. A welcome pack with Tea and Coffee sachets would leave a nice welcoming feeling. (We often get that in rentals in the uk but maybe that just not done in Croatia) The notice with house rules was a good idea, although there were no Instructions for leaving, so we were unsure what was required and where to leave the key. As I said, it’s a lovely apartment, great location just minutes from the sea front which has safe swimming areas all along the front. If you walk to the end of the path (go right as you look at the sea) there’s a bar/restaurant with a lovely view (not cheap drinks though)
