"I spilled some soda and wiped it up with a towel. When I left I got an email stating that they were billing me for a stained batch rug. First of all, it was not arug. Second, it was totally washable. They told me when I checked in that I would be charged for stealing towels/linens. etc. To be charged for something being dirty is ridiculous. I have traveled alot and never encountered this. I have contacted them to fight it but no reposnse yet"
