"There was no fruit or eggs the first day. Second day was better. Room was clean."

"Clean room, nice bed. Check in was convoluted. Gave us map for breakfast but not for room. Had to drive around 3 times to finally find room. Was to be on 1st floor, was on 2nd with no elevator. Breakfast was great and lady cooking was awesome. "

"I was left very unsatisfied and upset. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 o’clock when I got to the hotel the room that I reserved was not available. The staff member did kindly check for another room and it was not ready ready. They still needed to clean it. They told me that I would have to come back later for it to be ready instead I was given a lower standard room and it smell like cigarettes"

"Staff was efficient and pleasant. Entire property is in bad shape. Wallpaper peeling in my room. Could not set the AC below 75 in a place where it gets to be 123 degrees. None of the exterior doors had key card entry on them, they were just unlocked 24/7 and that hotel is close to the freeway. When I booked my room I was under the impression that I was booking a room at a Shilo Inn. The website still showed it as a Shilo Inn property. I was not happy when I found out it was no longer a Shilo."

"An apparently new facility. Nothing fancy, but very nice & clean. Ikea-type furnishings, but set up well for extended stays. However, advertised to include breakfast. Packaged hard boiled eggs and packaged sweet rolls do not constitute breakfast. So, had to go to a restaurant (at unanticipated expense) to have breakfast each day. Packaged rolls and eggs should be listed as "continental breakfast". Borders in false advertising "
