"Our room in the annex was very spacious, new and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave early before breakfast so they made us a nice box meal to take with us. We would stay there again."

"Staff very friendly! Spend the extra money for the onsen in the room and for the buffet dinner! They are both worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back. The only downside was the bed/futon and bean pillows. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable and my husband didn’t like the futon and he sleeps on the floor every night. The “Las Vegas” was ok but many machines were down. Loved the pipe organ!!"

"5 minute walk from the train / bus stations, shopping and dining, groceries and coin laundry. Clean room, friendly polite staff. Included breakfast not great."
