"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andazโs but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
