The room is clean and staff is friendly and polite. We didn’t opt for the breakfast in the hotel. Hence, we went for the Craft Cafe for breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre and pricey. Harbour Grand Kowloon
Clean room. Forgot clean towels and coffee. We always had to ask for ice every day. Also front desk upon check in did not tell us how to get to our room. As you know, we had a tower room, which is difficult to find at first.
