"The staff was friendly and nice. The van driver gave us rides to and from Snow Monkey Park and to the train station - very helpful! We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast came with the plan. We also enjoyed the inside/outside hot springs. Affordable hotel with excellent customer service!"

"Wonderful hospitality, with a historic, step back in time feel. The most kind host who runs the ryokan as the 3rd descendant of the family - it was begun by his grandfather. The property is dated with rough edges but it is a great option at a good price. The town is a sleepy but the few small restaurants we found were so good and cozy. "7月の平日宿泊でした。ワーケーションも兼ねた宿泊滞在でしたが、コンパクトな室内ですが簡易キッチンの調理備品などが充実しており、買い込んでいった食材などを冷蔵庫にストックしながら料理が出来ました。wifi環境も良く快適に仕事ができる環境でした。早朝の日の出と浅間山の優雅なビューと静けさ含めて絶景、夏場の木々が生い茂り涼しい日中を過ごさせて頂きました、また機会があれば活用させて頂きます！"
