"I went with the kids and grandkids. Pools were great and fun. Adults had fun with the aquatic exercice and kids had fun with the kids club and kids pool with the slides. Buffet was excellent: lot of choices. Restaurants were great; we went early to get a table for twelve people. We had to wait 2 hours to get our food at asian restaurant for twelve people.Little bit too much time waiting with kids. The evening entertainements were great with the dance shows and magic show. The beach had those brown algae so we didn't swim much at the beach. But still, the beach view was magnificent. The only thing, my daughter had requested a baby crib: she never saw it and she didn't insist to get one because she packed a travel crib: So it was not a problem. Overall, everyone loves 💕 the Sunscape and would like to come back."

"The stuff was very friendly nice and helpful. Our server by the pool name was Guantalupe and she was the best. She was always smiling and suggesting new drinks to us. Whole week she was positive and enthusiastic to see and serve people by the pool.overall the place is very nice sometimes even to big and confusing to get around. The food was ok no issues with booking restaurants. Shows were also ok but for the massive hotel it is I think they should have better and more comfortable theater with stuff serving drinks. They have small scene and pool chairs pulled in rows.The only thing I missed searching moon palace before we went on vacation was the beach. It was closed due to sargassum. I have seen beaches in other resorts cleaned up but this beach was not possible to clean. It was piles and piles of sargassum you could not go on the water and also the smell even gets to the pool side. We are beach people and really missed not being able to hang out on the beach and ocean. Overall it was nice place but due to the beach not being open most of the time in a year we wouldn’t come back to Cancun location but I would definitely recommend other locations."

"best all inclusive in cancun! the food was impressive. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was peaceful. the rooftop pool is worth the views you get. you can definitely get drunk with ease and you don’t have to leave the property to be entertained. the rooms are so nice to be in. the beds sleep wonderfully. i suggest getting an ocean view room."
