"This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "

The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. "Overall the resort was great, staff was nice and attentive. Great place for kids. Rooms that connect to other rooms lack some privacy because you can hear through the door. Also, be sure to not be above the lobby if you are worried about noise from performances."

"When we arrived at the property, it was raining heavily, and nobody could help us to our building. It's far from the front desk. I asked many places and staff, but nobody could provide an umbrella. A little disappointed with the service."
