The room itself was comfortable and the beds were typical for many hostels in Taiwan. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. Location was "ok" but if you don't mind walking at least 5 minutes to go somewhere, it's alright. "I found this hostel to be "a posh hostel" and it has a very good location, due to it being situated in the middle of the entertainment district in Taipei. There is a karaoke venue in the building and light sleepers would be wise to bring some quality earplugs with them. Even though I stayed at the hostel during a weekend, I was not in any way bothered by noise from other guests coming back from a night out on the town. The staff kept the hostel clean."

"My main gripe with the location is about the accessibility of the hostel from the main Taipei station. it is much longer than what was described. Although it is cited as a hostel, the rooms are extremely close to each other. So even the coming and going of other guests are easily heard. Soundproofing of the rooms nearer to the main door should be enhanced."
